Preparation

Once you and your doctor agree on an appropriate time, then they will notify the anesthesiologist or their assistant will then contact you to confirm the surgery date and time. Also, someone will explain to you how the anesthesia is to be administered and what is required of you before and during the procedure. The anesthesiologists will require some background information about you and your health history. It is important to cooperate with them to the best of your ability.
